HOTEL RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT

The Days Inn & Suites Edmonton Airport accepts a valid credit card to reserve and guarantee your room only. Any required deposit or pre-payment will be charged to this card in advance of your arrival. Otherwise, your card will not be charged until you check out.

Upon arrival, we require a picture ID matching both the reservation information used, and the credit card presented. Our front desk staff will take an imprint of your credit card, which will be kept secure for the duration of your stay.

You may check into your room at 3 p.m. on your scheduled arrival date. Check-out is 11 a.m. on your departure day. We may be able to accommodate late check-out upon request, based on hotel occupancy. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult, and children 17 or younger stay free.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you must cancel your reservation, please cancel prior to 4pm on your scheduled day of arrival to avoid changes to your credit card.

check In time is any time after 3 pm (Early check-in requests cannot be guaranteed)
Check-Out time is 11AM (Late check-out requests will be accommodated where possible)
Children will stay free in the same room as a paying adult when using existing bedding. You must advise Front Desk at check-in of the exact number of adults & children

Pet Policy

The hospitality professionals of the Days Inn & Suites – Edmonton Airport know that your pet is part of the family: and there are times when they cannot stay home, they will want to travel with you.

We encourage guests with pets to take a room on our main floor, which provides easy access to our exits and to our fenced dog run. We ask that pets be properly kenneled when left alone in “their” guest room, for their safety and security. A small fee applies to our “pet package” per stay: but with this package your pet can expect to receive a treat to enjoy at check in… be sure to ask our guest services agents about that!
